Sales and Service Executive

Essential Qualifications:


  1. OEM Background - Must have knowledge of vehicles
  2. Driving 4-wheeler compulsory with valid driving license
  3. Must have own transport like 2-wheeler


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for helping customers find the right product
  2. Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement
  4. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our product range to effectively advise customers
  5. Provide exceptional service, answering customer queries and offering solutions
  6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  7. Implement sales strategies and participate in promotional events to increase sales
  8. Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for service improvement


Required Skills:


  1. Written and Verbal Communication
  2. Teamworking
  3. Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems and basic computer applications
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Additional Duties:


  1. Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
  2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
  3. Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
  4. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals


Work Schedule:


Ready to work in any shift between 9 AM to 9 PM
