Sales and Service Executive

Essential Qualifications:

  • OEM Background - Must have knowledge of vehicles
  • Driving 4-wheeler compulsory with valid driving license
  • Must have own transport like 2-wheeler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping customers find the right product
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our product range to effectively advise customers
  • Provide exceptional service, answering customer queries and offering solutions
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Implement sales strategies and participate in promotional events to increase sales
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for service improvement

Required Skills:

  • Written and Verbal Communication
  • Teamworking
  • Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Duties:

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals

Work Schedule:

Ready to work in any shift between 9 AM to 9 PM
